Please get in touch with us, with your order numer and with the reason for cancellation. Please note, we are unable to cancel an order once the order has been dispatched.

We offer a range of payment options such as American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Diner's Club, Maestro, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Currently we do not offer this service. We are however looking in to getting onboard with Klarna or a similar service to offer this.

Sometimes discount codes are only issued for a certain duration. If you are certain your discount code is valid, please get in touch so we can look in to this for you or offer you a new code.

All orders placed are dispatched as soon as possible within 1-2 days of the order being made. If there is a delay of any sorts, you will be contacted through the contact information provided at checkout.

We always make any anouncements on our social media and website, if there will be any upcoming delays in dispatch and shipping.

We all make mistakes and accidentally order the wrong size or colour. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we can have a look at whether we can ammend that for you. If your order has been dispatched, then we would unfortunately not be able to change this.

We currently deliver only deliver within the United Kingdom. International delivery is currently a work in progress, so watch this space!

Standard UK delivery: £3.99 (2-5 working days)

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £45 (2-5 working days)

NextDay UK Delivery: £7.99 (1 working day*) 

*CUT OFF TIME IS 12PM MONDAY- FRIDAY. ORDERS PLACED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BE DISPATCHED ON MONDAY.

UK Next Day Delivery: 1 - 2 working day

When your order has dispatched, you should also get a tracking number & link with your order. If this is missing, please contact us.

Our Next Day Delivery has a cut off time before 12pm Mon to Fri. Any orders after the time will be processed as a next day delivery for the next day.

Unfortunately, we can not refund you for any issues caused by the delivery carrier. We are also not responsible for late delivery by the carrier.

We always ask that you please check your addresses when placing an order - however we understand mistakes can happen.

Any amendment of this address must be emailed to info@prettynerdy.co.uk immediately, with your name, order number and contact number.

Amending a delivery address can result in a delay inprocessingof 24-48 hours. Amendments cannot be guaranteed. We will get in touch to confirm if your request has been successful.

Please provide a phone number and contactable email address in your account details so you can be contacted if necessary.

If you have received your order confirmation and your tracking information and your parcel has still not arrived, simply go to the website of the courier service used to deliver your parcel and enter your tracking number. If no results show, please contact us on info@prettynerdy.co.uk

Once an order has been dispatched you will usually recieve a tracking number. These tracking numbers can take up to 24-48 hours before they update. If an unusual amount of time passes before an update, please get in touch with us and we'll follow up with the courier.

Cancellations & Refunds

We operate on a 14 day refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All our products are hand packed by our team, and that none of our products are ever shipped out that have any wear and tear on them.

You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered (wrong item or damaged) and must highlight any issue within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery by sending us an email to our Customer Service team at info@prettynerdy.co.uk

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If an unusual amount of time has passed and you still haven't recieved a refund, please get in touch with us so we can carry a proper investigation in to this.
