Eligibility for Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@prettynerdy.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the purchaser. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please highlight any issues within 2 working days of receipt by contacting our Customer Service team at info@prettynerdy.co.uk.

When you first contact us please include the following information as a way of reporting the fault:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Date of discovery of the fault

  • Product name 

  • Picture and/or video of the fault including outer packaging

  • Description of the fault

If you believe there is an item missing from your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, otherwise your order will be deemed accepted.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot take responsibility for shipping times. If you have paid for Express delivery and your item has been dispatched before the cut-off time (12 PM, Monday to Friday), we cannot refund you for any issues caused by the delivery carrier. We are not liable for the delivery carrier leaving your item in a safe space (e.g. with a neighbor or on your porch).

International Returns

For international orders, if an item is returned to us due to customs issues, we will process it for a refund instead of resending it.

Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
