Issues with Delivery
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, including wrong items or damaged goods, please contact us within 2 working days at info@prettynerdy.co.uk with your order number and details.
In the event of a failed delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us. If an order is being returned to us, we will discuss options for resending it, which may require an additional shipping fee.
